This ring is one of kind and the first of a mini series. Made from solid sterling and 18k gold.  Top of the ring measures 23mm  It has genuine diamonds in the eyes of the 18K gold skull on top of the ring and genuine rubies in the 18k skulls on the sides. Limited options on the sizing of this ring it’s made in a size 10.5 and only miner adjustments can be made.
