  • Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee due to the custom-made nature of our products.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Exclusions: Custom-designed or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@alfredalbrizio.com with your order number and reason for return. You will receive instructions for the return process.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund, minus the 25% restocking fee, to your original payment method.

We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout, but please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues).
